We are is a crucial member of the team, responsible for providing organizational and administrative support to ensure smooth office operations. This role includes managing schedules, handling correspondence, and coordinating office activities.

Responsibilities:

  • Answer and direct phone calls and emails professionally.
  • Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
  • Maintain and organize office records, files, and databases.
  • Prepare reports, presentations, and correspondence as needed.
  • Greet visitors and clients, ensuring a positive experience.
  • Order and manage office supplies and inventory.
  • Assist with basic bookkeeping tasks, such as expense tracking.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent (Associate's degree preferred).
  • Proven experience as an administrative assistant or similar role.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize work effectively.
  • Professional demeanor and problem-solving attitude

$850 - $1150week
