The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling clerical duties, assisting various departments, and maintaining a professional and welcoming work environment.
Responsibilities
- Perform general administrative duties such as filing, data entry, and document management.
- Answer and direct phone calls, emails, and correspondence.
- Schedule appointments, meetings, and maintain calendars for team members.
- Prepare reports, presentations, and other business documents as needed.
- Assist in coordinating office activities and special projects.
- Manage office supplies and maintain inventory levels.
- Handle confidential information with discretion.
- Provide support to other departments as needed.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate’s or bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Prior administrative or office support experience is a plus.
