We are is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to support daily office operations and ensure efficiency in administrative tasks. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling clerical duties, assisting various departments, and maintaining a professional and welcoming work environment.

Responsibilities

  • Perform general administrative duties such as filing, data entry, and document management.
  • Answer and direct phone calls, emails, and correspondence.
  • Schedule appointments, meetings, and maintain calendars for team members.
  • Prepare reports, presentations, and other business documents as needed.
  • Assist in coordinating office activities and special projects.
  • Manage office supplies and maintain inventory levels.
  • Handle confidential information with discretion.
  • Provide support to other departments as needed.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate’s or bachelor’s degree preferred.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Prior administrative or office support experience is a plus.

$850 - $1150week
