Responsibilities
- Answer incoming calls and respond to customer inquiries in a professional manner.
- Make outbound calls to follow up with customers or provide additional information.
- Resolve customer concerns and escalate issues when necessary.
- Maintain accurate records of interactions and transactions in the system.
- Provide product or service information and assist customers in making informed decisions.
- Work collaboratively with other team members to improve customer satisfaction.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Previous experience in customer service or a call center environment is preferred.
- Strong verbal communication and active listening skills.
- Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM software is a plus.
