We are is looking for a friendly and motivated Entry Level Customer Service Assistant to provide excellent support to customers and assist with daily customer service operations. Responsibilities
- Assist customers via phone, email, and in-person with inquiries, orders, and concerns.
- Provide accurate information about products and services.
- Resolve customer issues in a professional and timely manner.
- Maintain and update customer records in the company database.
- Work closely with other departments to ensure customer needs are met.
- Process orders, returns, and exchanges as needed.
- Follow company policies and procedures to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate degree is a plus.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work well in a team and handle customer interactions professionally.
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Customer service experience is a plus but not required—training will be provided.
