Responsibilities:
- Assist in planning and executing various events such as conferences, workshops, and promotional events.
- Coordinate logistics including venue selection, catering, transportation, and equipment rental.
- Support the marketing team in promoting events through social media, email campaigns, and other channels.
- Maintain communication with vendors, sponsors, and guests to ensure all event needs are met.
- Help create event timelines and schedules to ensure deadlines are met and events run smoothly.
- Prepare event materials such as signage, programs, and attendee packets before each event.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Event Management, Marketing, or related field preferred but not required.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively interact with team members and clients.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, as needed for events.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with event management software is a plus.
