THIS WILL BE AN OFFICE JOB AND CANDIDATES MUST WORK IN THE OFFICE WITHIN THE NEXT 3 WEEKS
Responsibilities:
- Assist in the planning and execution of events from conception to completion
- Coordinate with vendors and suppliers to secure services for events
- Help manage event logistics, including venue selection, setup, and breakdown
- Provide on-site support during events to ensure everything runs smoothly
- Communicate with clients to understand their event needs and expectations
- Track event budgets and assist in financial planning
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Event Management, or a related field preferred
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and event management software
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as needed
