THIS WILL BE AN OFFICE JOB AND CANDIDATES MUST WORK IN THE OFFICE WITHIN THE NEXT 3 WEEKS
Responsibilities:
- Assist in the planning and execution of company events, including corporate meetings, conferences, and promotional activities.
- Coordinate with vendors, venues, and internal teams to ensure event success.
- Help manage event budgets and track expenses.
- Prepare event materials such as signage, schedules, and presentations.
- Provide on-site support during events, including setup and breakdown.
- Maintain accurate records of event details and feedback for future improvements.
- Communicate with attendees to provide information and address any questions.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent; associate degree preferred.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Ability to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines.
- Previous experience in event planning or coordination is a plus.
