Responsibilities
- Manage and organize calendars, scheduling appointments and meetings for executives.
- Prepare and distribute correspondence, reports, and presentations as required.
- Assist with office management tasks such as tracking supplies and inventory.
- Handle incoming calls and inquiries, providing excellent customer service to clients and partners.
- Coordinate travel arrangements including booking flights, accommodations, and itineraries.
- Maintain confidential and sensitive information with discretion and professionalism.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education is a plus.
- Strong organizational skills with a keen attention to detail.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Ability to manage time effectively and prioritize tasks.
