THIS WILL BE AN OFFICE JOB AND CANDIDATES MUST WORK IN THE OFFICE WITHIN THE NEXT 3 WEEKS
Responsibilities:
- Assist in the coordination and execution of events, including logistics, scheduling, and on-site support.
- Communicate with vendors, clients, and internal teams to ensure seamless event operations.
- Prepare and distribute event materials, such as schedules, itineraries, and promotional content.
- Maintain accurate records of event details, budgets, and vendor contracts.
- Monitor and manage inventory of event supplies and materials.
- Provide administrative support to the events team, including data entry and correspondence.
- Assist with post-event activities, including reporting, feedback collection, and follow-ups.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in Event Management, Marketing, or related field is a plus.
- Previous experience in event planning, hospitality, or customer service preferred.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with event management software is a plus.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, as required.
