THIS WILL BE AN OFFICE JOB AND CANDIDATES MUST WORK IN THE OFFICE WITHIN THE NEXT 3 WEEKS
Responsibilities:
- Answer and direct phone calls, take messages, and manage correspondence.
- Organize and schedule appointments, meetings, and office activities.
- Maintain and update filing systems, both digital and physical.
- Assist with data entry, document preparation, and report generation.
- Monitor and order office supplies as needed.
- Greet and assist visitors and clients, ensuring a professional and welcoming atmosphere.
- Support staff with administrative tasks and project coordination as required.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent; associate degree preferred.
- Proven experience as an office assistant, receptionist, or in a similar administrative role.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and other office equipment.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
