THIS WILL BE AN OFFICE JOB AND CANDIDATES MUST WORK IN THE OFFICE WITHIN THE NEXT 3 WEEKS
Responsibilities:
- Answer and direct phone calls, emails, and in-person inquiries professionally.
- Maintain and organize office files, records, and supplies.
- Prepare and distribute correspondence, reports, and other documents.
- Assist in scheduling appointments, meetings, and conference rooms.
- Monitor office inventory and reorder supplies as needed.
- Support other departments with clerical tasks and special projects.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent (required); additional education is a plus.
- Proven experience in an administrative or clerical role.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
