We are seeking a dedicated and personable Office Receptionist to join our dynamic team. This role is vital in ensuring our front office operations run efficiently and professionally, serving as the first point of contact for clients, visitors, and staff. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional communication skills and a positive attitude, as well as the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

  • Answer and direct phone calls to appropriate staff members
  • Greet and welcome visitors in a friendly and courteous manner
  • Manage the scheduling of appointments and meetings
  • Maintain and organize the reception area and office supplies
  • Handle incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries
  • Assist with various administrative tasks such as data entry and filing

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certification is a plus
  • Proven experience as a receptionist or in a related customer service role
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and general office equipment
  • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion
  • Positive attitude and professional demeano
