Position Overview:

Key Responsibilities

Fulfillment & Customer Service (Core Focus):

• Oversee the end-to-end eCommerce fulfillment process, ensuring accurate and timely order processing, packaging, and shipping.
• Maintain inventory control and coordinate returns/exchanges with efficiency and attention to detail.
• Handle customer inquiries across multiple channels, including phone, email, and social platforms, with a friendly and professional approach.
• Collaborate with the team to improve the presentation and performance of online product listings to enhance the customer experience.

Social Media & Marketing (Growing Opportunity):

• Assist in creating and curating engaging content for social media platforms, including Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and Pinterest, to connect with and grow our online audience.
• Engage with followers by responding to comments, inquiries, and direct messages in a timely manner.
• Stay informed on social media trends and best practices to identify creative opportunities for brand growth.
• Contribute to digital marketing campaigns and social media analytics to refine strategies and improve engagement.

Qualifications

Minimum Requirements:

• Associate Degree or higher.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to multitask and stay flexible in a fast-paced environment.
• Positive, personable, and customer-focused attitude, with excellent communication skills (both verbal and written).
• Comfortable working with social media platforms like Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and Pinterest.
• Basic computer proficiency and familiarity with eCommerce operations, including order fulfillment.
• Own transportation.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus, with the ability to connect with diverse customer groups.
• Experience with eCommerce platforms (e.g., Shopify) and order management systems.
• Proven expertise in social media content creation, analytics, and digital marketing.
• A passion for fashion, weddings, and accessories.
