Responsibilities:
- Understand and operate within the LPN Scope of Practice.
- Maintain familiarity with resident records and documents in resident records as required.
- Evaluate health emergencies and determine emergency medical measures to be taken regarding resident care according to state regulations.
- Assist with activities of daily living, environmental orientation, administration of medication, treatments and other care while encouraging self-care and independence, as permitted by state regulations.
- Provide services as indicated on resident care plans.
- Demonstrates knowledge of and follow infection control and safety procedures.
- Attend facility in-services
- Additional duties as assigned.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $24.00 - $30.00 per hour
Expected hours: 24 – 40 per week
