What You’ll Do
New Business Generation & Prospecting
- Engage in daily outbound prospecting efforts using HubSpot, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and ZoomInfo to identify and reach potential clients.
- Conduct cold calls to schedule executive briefings (goal: 3 per week).
- Set up networking lunches and follow-ups with past prospects to maintain engagement.
Sales Process & Relationship Building
- Manage and prioritize leads using HubSpot CRM, ensuring an organized and effective pipeline.
- Educate prospects on Ellerbrock-Norris’ holistic risk management approach, emphasizing how it extends beyond traditional insurance.
- Utilize structured sales exercises in meetings to simplify complex risk management concepts.
- Track and measure personal success through KPIs, including meeting attendance, cold call conversions, and overall deal progression.
Continuous Improvement & Growth
- Participate in weekly peer coaching sessions to review sales calls and refine prospecting strategies.
- Leverage training resources (podcasts, recorded calls, mentorship) to stay ahead in the sales game.
