Responsibilities:
- Collect and record vital information from new residents
- Administer medications and injections as needed
- Treat and dress wounds and bedsores as necessary
- Supervise Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) as required
- Assist residents with daily living activities
- Monitor residents' food and liquid intake and output
Requirements:
- Ability to work effectively as a team member
- Valid NY State LPN license in good standing
