What are the responsibilities and job description for the Accounts Payable Clerk position at Ellicott Development Company?
Join our full-service real estate leasing, management and development company. We are currently seeking an experienced and dedicated candidate to add to our accounts payable team.
Responsibilities include:
- processing checks for vendor payments for multiple companies
- inputting invoices into MRI software as received
- updating and maintaining vendor database
- reconciling vendor statements
- following up on missing invoices
- maintaining account payable files.
Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment while still maintaining accuracy for multiple companies. Prior experience with MRI software a plus.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $22.00 - $25.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
