What are the responsibilities and job description for the Hotel Housekeeper position at Ellicott Development Company?
Ellicott Hotels is looking to add housekeepers to our Wingate by Wyndham team at our Ellicottville hotel located at 11 Mill Street. The right candidates are individuals with an eye for detail to adhere to our excellent cleanliness standards to attend all areas of our hotel and guest rooms. Willing to train and no experience necessary but must be dependable and need to be available to work weekends.
Responsibilities
- Clean and tidy all areas to the standard cleanliness within time limits
- Deliver excellent customer service
- Maintain equipment in good condition
- Report on any shortages, damages or security issues
- Handle reasonable guests complaints/requests and inform others when required
- Comply with health and safety regulation and act in line with company policies and licensing laws
Prefer full time with Tuesday & Wednesday off but would consider part time but weekend availability necessary for both positions.
