Position: Sales Associate
Employment Type: Part-Time / Full-Time
Compensation: Competitive Hourly Commission.
Start Date: May 2025.
Responsibilities:
- Deliver a VIP, high-touch shopping experience to clients.
- Develop strong relationships with customers and provide personalized styling advice.
- Assist with product selection, fittings, and in-store appointments.
- Maintain a thorough knowledge of luxury brands and collections offered at Ellie Belle.
- Process sales transactions with accuracy and professionalism.
- Help organize and curate store displays to reflect our brand aesthetic.
- Support online sales by assisting with order pickups and client inquiries.
Qualifications:
- Experience in luxury retail, high-end fashion, or personal styling preferred.
- Strong knowledge of designer brands, fabrics, and fashion trends.
- Exceptional communication and clienteling skills—ability to build lasting relationships.
- Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to work in an exclusive boutique setting.
- Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends and special events.
