Job Duties Include:
- A minimum of 25 client sessions per week to a diverse population of clients.
- Documentation maintained & updated via user friendly platforms and EHR.
- Use of creative and innovative approaches to mental health treatment.
- Excellent customer service for clients and collaborating with a dynamic team to ensure effective and quality care.
- Utilizing your preferred clinical techniques to assist clients achieve and exceed goals.
- Participation in clinical staff meetings, trainings, supervision, and community outreach.
Required Qualifications:
- Master’s degree or doctorate from an accredited college or university.
- Must have Graduate or Clinical licensure valid in the State of Maryland.
- Effective oral and written communication skills.
