We are looking for the right fit to work with our team!We have immediate openings for LCSW and LCPC therapists : Keep your current position and start as a part-time therapist with afternoon and evening hours. Then transition into a full-time position once your caseload is full. This gives us both an opportunity to get to know each other and make sure this is a good fit! Alternatively, we can start you as a full-time therapist as well. We are flexible and work with you!Credentialing under our group contract within 30 to 45 days.Option for flat hourly rate or commission-based compensation models. Opportunities for individual, family, and group therapy services as well as Telehealth.Responsibilities and Duties : Evaluate mental health diagnosis, create and implement a treatment plan, and complete ongoing documentation including further diagnosis, treatment plan reviews, and case notes according to company policy.Maintain a caseload of 15-25 client sessions per week.Provide excellent customer service for clients and collaborate with a dynamic team to further the mission of filling gaps in our community.Utilize creativity in interventions to help clients achieve and exceed goals.Coordinate services with case managers, families, work personnel, medical personnel, other Ellie staff, and school staff as needed.Attend and participate in all clinical staff meetings and training.Other meaningful responsibilities as assigned.Required Qualifications and Skills : Master’s degree in social work or one of the behavioral sciences or related fields from an accredited college or university.Licensed mental health professional in the state of Maryland.Experience with completing DAs, treatment plans, and clinical case notes.Bilingual in another language, e.g., Spanish.Preferred Qualifications and Skills : Creative and innovative approaches to mental health.Experience with children, adolescents, and teens.Experience with couples and families.General knowledge of therapy services, community resources, and insurance billing.What we have to offer : Straightforward salary compensation package with no games.Excellent benefits package, PTO accrual, and professional development.Flexible scheduling.Hourly pay structure PLUS commission on claims.Access to Continuing Education CEU Library.What else you should know : This position will be under the general direction of the Clinical Director.
