We are part of Ellie Mental Health, providing referral support, scheduling, billing, and technology services—so you can spend more time doing what you love!
Your Role
- Conduct mental health assessments, develop treatment plans, and provide individual, family, and group therapy.
- Maintain ethical documentation and compliance with state and company policies.
- Collaborate with case managers, families, medical staff, and Ellie team members.
- Utilize creative interventions to help clients achieve their goals.
- Engage in community outreach to expand mental health awareness.
Requirements
✔ Master’s degree in psychology, counseling, social work, or a related field
✔ Current Texas licensure or Pre-Licensure (LCSW, LPC, LMFT)
✔ Strong diagnostic, crisis intervention, and documentation skills
✔ Ability to work independently while contributing to a team
✔ Tech-savvy (experience with EHR systems like Valant is a plus!)
✔ BIPOC & LGBTQ candidates encouraged to apply
✔ Current Texas licensure or Pre-Licensure (LCSW, LPC, LMFT)
✔ Strong diagnostic, crisis intervention, and documentation skills
✔ Ability to work independently while contributing to a team
