The ideal Clinic Manager will support their team with compassion, humor, and determination while cultivating well-being and professionalism. We value creativity, authenticity, and solution-oriented leadership.This is a mid-tier administrative role responsible for supporting the Clinic Director in the oversight of performance and operations of the clinic. This position supports the Clinic Director and clinic staff; assist with staffing needs; provide resource support and administrative oversight, while maintaining an active case load of clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead overall performance and operations for a clinic of 6-10 therapists.
- Become a mentor for the clinic staff.
- Recruit and onboard exceptional therapists aligned with Ellie’s values.
- Maintain a weekly client caseload of 20 clients and spend an additional 10-15 hours per week providing management support for the clinic.
- Oversee fiscal goals, marketing initiatives, and community outreach.
Requirements
- Master's degree in a behavioral health-related field.
- Fully licensed in Texas for at least 2 years (license supervisor designation preferred).
- Supervision, leadership, or program development experience preferred.
- Excellent communication, customer service, and familiarity with Microsoft 365 and Electronic Health Record systems.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with a sense of humor.
