We are seeking a Provisionally Licensed Therapist at the Ellie Mental Health - Saint Peters, Missouri location who is aligned with making a positive impact in our community. Required Education and Licensure
- A master’s degree in one of the behavioral sciences or related fields from an accredited college or university.
- Provisionally licensed mental health professional (LMSW, MFT, LMHC, PLPC) valid in the state of Missouri.
- Training in completing DAs, treatment plans and clinical case notes.
Experience / Skills / Abilities
· Effective written and verbal communication skills.
- Growing ability to demonstrate and model stable, appropriate boundaries with clients.
- Growing ability to complete and submit documentation of services and other documents in a timely manner.
- Learning to work with a diverse client base.
- Proficient in the use of typical office technology (computers, e-mail, etc.) and Electronic Health Record systems.
Responsibilities include:
- Evaluate mental health diagnoses, create, implement, and maintain treatment plans and complete ongoing documentation.
- Provide excellent customer service for clients and collaborate with a dynamic team to further the mission of filling gaps in your community.
- Utilize creativity in interventions to help clients achieve and exceed goals.
