The Clinical Supervisor will be highly compensated (salary, commissions, and bonuses!) for accepting responsibility for the overall performance and operation of a clinic composed of a team of growing professional therapists.

The Clinical Supervisor will be highly compensated (salary, commissions, and bonuses!) for accepting responsibility for the overall performance and operation of a clinic composed of a team of growing professional therapists.
Responsibilities:
- Provide clinical supervision to a team of therapists and counselors
- Conduct regular individual and group supervision sessions
- Monitor and evaluate the quality of clinical services provided by associate and pre licensed therapists
- Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and ethical standards
- Collaborate with therapists to develop and implement treatment plans
- Provide crisis intervention and support to clients as needed
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in clinical counseling or related field
- Must hold supervisor credentials or eligibility (CPCS, AAMFT approved supervisor, etc.) in the state of Georgia
- Experience working with various populations in an outpatient setting
- Strong knowledge of theoretical frameworks, treatment modalities, and case conceptualizations
- Familiarity with HIPAA regulations and maintaining confidentiality of client information
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to effectively manage a team and provide guidance and feedback
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and make sound decisions
- Proficient in using electronic medical records systems
