Job Title: Part-Time Testing Psychologist
Must have: PsyD or PhD with an active Clinical Psychologist License in Illinois
Status: Part-Time
Location: Bannockburn, IL

Required Qualifications and Skills:
  • Candidates are required to have a doctoral degree in clinical psychology from an accredited college or university
  • Candidates preferably hold an active psychologist license in the state of Illinois, post-doctoral fellows may be considered
  • Relevant clinical experience with providing direct services to clients, including psychological or neuropsychological testing, maintaining appropriate documentation of testing services, and clinical report writing
  • 1-3 years of experience in diagnosing a wide range of disorders, including mood and anxiety disorders, trauma, personality disorders, learning disabilities, and ADHD.
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to demonstrate and model stable, appropriate boundaries with clients
  • Ability to complete and submit documentation of services and other documents in a timely manner
  • Comfort and familiarity with working with a diverse client base
  • Proficient in the use of typical office technology (computers, e-mail, etc.) and Electronic Health Record systems
  • Ability to pass a background check
Responsibilities and Duties:
  • Provide comprehensive evaluation services, including conducting clinical interviews, administering standardized tests, report writing, and providing feedback to the client and their families
  • Complete documentation related to evaluation services
  • Provide excellent customer service for clients and collaborate with a dynamic team to further the mission of filling service gaps in our community
  • Coordinate services with case managers, families, work personnel, medical personnel, other Ellie staff, and school staff as needed
  • And other psychologist stuff we probably forgot to add, but is equally important to your role ;)
Bonus Qualifications and Skills:
  • Experience evaluating for ASD, including ADOS certification
  • Enthusiastic, motivated, and passionate outlook on life!
