Ellie Mental Health is growing and looking for a Clinic Manager for our Ft. The Clinic Manager position allows one to apply their leadership skills while continuing to help their community by working with clients. Your day will be fast-paced and no two days will be the same!
You can expect about:
25% of your day to be spent working with clients
25% of your time you will support clinicians and staff with licensure and audit requirements
25% of your time in an outreach and community development capacity letting the community know Ellie is now open!
15% on facilities and office management and
10% on billing, credentialing and troubleshooting.

Required Skills/Abilities
- Master’s Degree or higher education in mental health discipline
- Independently licensed with a Colorado-issued clinical practice license (e.g., LISCW, LMFT, LPCC, LP)
- Strong leadership and problem-solving skill sets
- Strong working knowledge of state requirements regulating mental health practice
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills; Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills. Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Working understanding of human resource principles, practices, and procedures
- Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines
- Ability to function well in a high-paced and changing environment
- Proficient with Microsoft 365 applications
- Adept at learning and navigating Electronic Health Record system

Since then, the Ellie Fam has continued to grow with multiple clinics in Minnesota and a growing number of locally owned and operated franchises across the country.
