At Ellie Mental Health - 129, we're seeking a talented Outpatient Mental Health Therapist to join our team in Rockwall, TX.
We offer an attractive salary range of $72,000-$82,000 per year, paid biweekly via direct deposit. Your compensation will depend on your weekly client load, with a minimum caseload starting at 30 clients a week and benefits at 25 clients a week.

You'll work in a private outpatient office setting, with a flexible full-time schedule that allows you to create your own schedule. Typically, this means working Monday to Friday from 10-6 pm, with some later shifts possible.
You'll be working with a diverse client population of all ages, addressing a wide variety of issues. You'll have the opportunity to choose the population and conditions for client matching, and work with private pay, sliding scale, major med, and medicare/medicaid clients.
No shows and late cancellations are handled on a case-by-case basis, with a 24-hour notice required for appointment cancellations.
We utilize the EMR system Valent, with paid training provided. Sessions are typically 53 minutes to 1 hour each, with clients attending weekly on average.
You'll have daily collaboration with our Clinical Director, enjoying an open door policy and meetings as needed.
Your responsibilities will include evaluating mental health diagnoses, creating treatment plans, and providing excellent customer service. We encourage creativity in interventions and expect documentation to be prepared according to company policy.
Required qualifications and skills include a master's degree in a behavioral science or related field, Texas state clinical licensure, and experience with completing DAs, treatment plans, and clinical case notes.
You should possess effective written and verbal communication skills, ability to demonstrate stable boundaries, and comfort working with a diverse client base.
Proficiency in Office 365 and Electronic Health Record systems is essential, with Valant experience being a plus. Fully licensed clinicians ideally credentialed with insurance panels are preferred.
