What You’ll Do:
- Provide individual, couples, and/or family therapy for children, teens, or adults (you choose your preferred caseload)
- Conduct intake assessments, treatment plans, and progress notes in Valant EHR
- Build and maintain your own caseload through marketing, networking, and community outreach
- Participate in team meetings and peer case discussions
- Maintain a minimum caseload of 25 sessions/week for full-time status
Who We’re Looking For:
- Master’s degree in one of the behavioral sciences or related fields from an accredited college or university, and Texas licensure (LPC, LMFT, LCSW — associates welcomed!)
- Strong documentation and communication skills
- Motivation to grow your caseload and make an impact in the community
- Proficiency in Office 365 and Electronic Health Record systems (Valant experience a plus)
- Fully licensed clinicians will be credentialed with insurance panels
- Outpatient experience strongly preferred
