About Us
Ellie Mental Health - Larchmont is expanding to offer neuropsychological and psychoeducational assessments as part of our commitment to providing comprehensive care to our clients. We are seeking qualified School Psychologists, Psychologists, or Neuropsychologists who are passionate about psychological testing and dedicated to helping individuals and families better understand learning, attention, and cognitive functioning.

We offer a supportive and flexible work environment, prioritizing clinician well-being and autonomy while ensuring high-quality care. This role can be structured as part-time or full-time, with competitive compensation models, including hourly and percentage-based structures.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct comprehensive psychological, psychoeducational, and/or neuropsychological assessments to evaluate learning disabilities, ADHD, and related cognitive concerns.
  • Administer and interpret standardized psychological and educational testing instruments.
  • Provide detailed evaluation reports with diagnostic impressions and tailored recommendations.
  • Offer feedback sessions to clients, families, and referring providers to review results and recommendations.
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members, including therapists, medical providers, and school professionals, to ensure a holistic approach to care.
  • Maintain accurate documentation within our electronic health record (EHR) system.
  • Stay up to date with best practices in psychological assessment and contribute to ongoing program development.
Qualifications

  • Doctoral or Master’s degree in psychology, school psychology, neuropsychology, or a related field.
  • Licensed or license-eligible in New York State (e.g., PsyD, PhD, LCSW with testing credentials, or NYS-certified School Psychologist).
  • Extensive experience in administering, scoring, and interpreting psychological/neuropsychological assessments.
  • Strong understanding of learning disabilities, ADHD, and cognitive processing disorders in children, adolescents, and adults.
  • Ability to effectively communicate assessment findings in reports and feedback sessions.
  • Familiarity with testing measures such as the WISC-V, WAIS-IV, WIAT-4, NEPSY-II, BASC-3, Conners-4, BRIEF-2, and others (preferred but not required).
  • Knowledge of special education services, 504 plans, and IEP accommodations is a plus.

Salary : $85,000 - $150,000
