Key Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive psychological, psychoeducational, and/or neuropsychological assessments to evaluate learning disabilities, ADHD, and related cognitive concerns.
- Administer and interpret standardized psychological and educational testing instruments.
- Provide detailed evaluation reports with diagnostic impressions and tailored recommendations.
- Offer feedback sessions to clients, families, and referring providers to review results and recommendations.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members, including therapists, medical providers, and school professionals, to ensure a holistic approach to care.
- Maintain accurate documentation within our electronic health record (EHR) system.
- Stay up to date with best practices in psychological assessment and contribute to ongoing program development.
Qualifications
- Doctoral or Master’s degree in psychology, school psychology, neuropsychology, or a related field.
- Licensed or license-eligible in New York State (e.g., PsyD, PhD, LCSW with testing credentials, or NYS-certified School Psychologist).
- Extensive experience in administering, scoring, and interpreting psychological/neuropsychological assessments.
- Strong understanding of learning disabilities, ADHD, and cognitive processing disorders in children, adolescents, and adults.
- Ability to effectively communicate assessment findings in reports and feedback sessions.
- Familiarity with testing measures such as the WISC-V, WAIS-IV, WIAT-4, NEPSY-II, BASC-3, Conners-4, BRIEF-2, and others (preferred but not required).
- Knowledge of special education services, 504 plans, and IEP accommodations is a plus.

Salary : $85,000 - $150,000
