Job Description: Assistant Clinic Director
The Assistant Clinic Director plays a vital role in supporting the Clinic Director in overseeing clinic performance and operations. This includes providing consultation and supervision to therapy staff, maintaining clinical client caseloads, and troubleshooting issues with electronic health records and other software systems.
Key Responsibilities:
- Participate in weekly Clinic Director meetings and provide 1:1 consultations with therapy staff.
- Maintain agreed-upon clinical client caseloads and troubleshoot issues with electronic health records and other software systems.
- Assist with monitoring and managing clinic office schedules, provide timely responses to concerns raised by clients and clinicians, and check clinic performance data weekly.
Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you'll need:
- A Master's Degree or higher education in a mental health discipline.
- Independently licensed in Massachusetts (e.g., LCSW, LMFT, LPC).
- Strong leadership, problem-solving, and executive skill sets.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
