The Assistant Clinical Operations Director (ACOD) is responsible for supporting the Clinical Operations Director in the oversight of performance and operations of the Cottage Grove and West St. Paul clinics. This position supports the Clinical Operations Director (COD) and clinic staff by assisting with staffing needs, providing resource support, and performing administrative oversight. As an Assistant Clinical Operations Director, you'll share our vision for improving and expanding access to quality mental health care and thrive in an environment driven by our core values of authenticity, humor, compassion, creativity, acceptance, and determination.
