- The ability to do meaningful, challenging work on a fun and collaborative team.
- Evaluating mental health diagnoses and implementing treatment plans.
- Maintaining updated documentation using company platforms and EHR.
- A minimum of 25 client sessions per week to a diverse population of clients (with the ability to see more clients if desired- you determine your salary!)
- Provide excellent customer service for clients and collaborate with a dynamic team to further the mission of filling gaps in our community.
- Passionate about #fillingthegap while working with children & adolescents.
- Utilize creativity in interventions to help clients achieve and exceed goals.
- Participation in clinical staff meetings, trainings, supervision, and community outreach.
- Community involvement and engagement.
- A sense of humor and desire to have fun in the workplace will certainly help as well!
- Other stuff we probably forgot to add but just as meaningful and important to your role ;)
- Candidates are required to have a master’s degree in one of the behavioral sciences or related fields from an accredited college or university
- Candidates are required to have clinical licensure in the state of Indiana (LCSW, LMHC, LMFT)
- Experience with completing intake assessments, treatment plans, and clinical case notes
- Effective written and verbal communication skills
- Preferred experience with children, adolescents, teens, and adults.
- Preferred experience with couples, families, trauma, substance abuse, and schools.
- Fully Licensed Clinicians will ideally be credentialed with insurance panels.
- Ability to demonstrate and model stable, appropriate boundaries with clients
- Ability to complete and submit documentation of services in a timely manner
- Comfort and familiarity working with a diverse client base.
- Ideal candidates will have a general knowledge of community resources and insurance billing
- General knowledge of Apple products, EHR, Telehealth, and other software platforms
- Ability to pass a background check.
