Your Role & Responsibilities
- Evaluate mental health diagnoses and create, implement, and maintain effective treatment plans.
- Complete ongoing documentation to ensure high-quality client care.
- Provide exceptional customer service and support to a diverse clientele.
- Employ creative, evidence-based interventions that help clients exceed their goals.
- Build and maintain a minimum part-time caseload of 15 case hours per week.
- Offer therapy sessions during evenings and/or weekends to meet client needs.
- Work both in-clinic and from home, leveraging our hybrid care model to serve clients where they are.
Educational Background:
- Master’s degree in behavioral sciences or a related field from an accredited institution.
- Independently Licensed with your respective board (LPC, LAPC, LMFT, LAMFT, LCSW, LSW).
- Demonstrated experience with intake assessments, treatment planning, and clinical case documentation.
- Proficiency with Apple products, EHR systems (Valant is a plus!), Telehealth, and other digital platforms.
- Effective written and verbal communication skills, with a commitment to maintaining professional boundaries.
- Background check.
- Willingness to work in our Upper St. Clair office for at least part of the week.
