Qualifications and Skills:
 

• Master’s degree in one of the behavioral sciences or related fields from an accredited college/university
• Licensed mental health professional (e.g., LPC, LMFT, LCSW, LP) in the state of Colorado; or ability to be licensed within 3 months of hire
• General knowledge of therapy services, community resources, insurance billing, and previous experience with timely mental health documentation
• Required experience with children, adolescents and teens, couples and families
• Effective written and verbal communication skills
• Demonstrate and model stable, appropriate boundaries with clients
• Comfort and familiarity working with a diverse client base
• Proficient in the use of typical office technology (computers, e-mail, etc.) and Electronic Health Record systems (Valant experience a plus!)
• Pass a background check
