We Offer
- Unique pay model with industry leading compensation & uncapped earning potential
- Unlimited PTO Plus 8 paid holidays plus your birthday!
- Full benefits for full-time employees including medical, dental & vision & 401k (27 billable hours per week = full time)
- Free weekly individual and group supervision as needed for licensure
- Paid time & reimbursement for Continuing Education activities
- Comfortable offices in a welcoming environment
- Candidates should have clinical licensure in Massachusetts (LCSW, LICSW, LMFT, LMHC) or be working towards this – pre-licensed are welcome!
- Ability to demonstrate and model stable, appropriate boundaries with clients
- Ability to complete and submit documentation of services and other documents in a timely manner
