The Foreman will be responsible for the following:
- Manage projects and crew members: Provide for adequate resources and staffing to meet safety needs, regulations, efficiency, profitability, best practices, laws, project schedule and customer satisfaction.
- Ensure all proper safety procedures are followed.
- Ensure all required reporting, including timecards, is completed accurately and timely.
- Coordinate daily tasks: According to priorities and plans, adjusting as necessary due to weather, supply delivery, and personnel.
- Build sheets, Prep Lining, Lockout, Bypass, Safe Excavation, Cutters, Monitors, Push Cameras.
Requirements:
- 3 years of construction rehabilitation and CIPP experience preferred.
- Long hours and overtime will be required.
- Travel and overnight stay will be required.
- Regular travel schedule is a 2-week rotation: on-duty 10 days and 4 days off.
- Familiar with Plumbing, Host Pipe, CIPP, Underground Infrastructure, Repairs, Picote, Brute, JHA.
