Salary : $26-$36 / hour DOE
Ellingson is hiring a Construction Foreman to join their growing team. Ellingson is a stable, family values-based company that specializes in underground solutions throughout Southern Minnesota and the entire United States.

The Foreman will be responsible for the following :
Train, mentor, and supervise team members to foster a cohesive and efficient crew .
Lead crews in the installation of water, low-pressure sewer systems, and utility infrastructure using HDD, trenching, and pipe fusion techniques.
Manage projects, resources and staffing to meet safety needs, regulations, efficiency, profitability, laws, project schedule and customer satisfaction.
Proficiency with modern construction equipment, operating, directional drills, and pipe fusion equipment.
Ensure all proper safety procedures are followed. Conduct daily safety briefings.
Requirements :
Extensive knowledge of underground utilities and construction practices, particularly in water, sewer, electrofusion, hdd and trenchless technology systems.
Long hours and overtime will be required, especially during our peak production seasons. Travel and overnight are required as needed.
The ability to perform physically demanding tasks in all weather conditions.
Candidates with CDLs are preferred. On-the-job CDL training is also available.
