- Lead and motivate a team of engineers, fostering collaboration and mentorship
- Collaborate with PMO team leaders, senior leadership, stakeholders, and cross-functional teams to align engineering practices with business objectives and industry standards
- Contribute to the integration of COTS technologies into the tech stack, providing technical direction and hands-on expertise to ensure successful integration and prototype delivery
- Drive innovative solutions with a focus on quality, performance, security, and continuous improvement
- Communicate complex technical concepts effectively to both technical and non-technical audiences
- Demonstrate enthusiasm for systems integration, security, and Zero Trust policies, contributing to their implementation and measurement
- Stay updated on new technologies, frameworks, policies, and industry best practices
The qualified candidate will have:
- U.S. Citizenship (Required)
- Minimum of Secret Clearance (Required)
- A Bachelor's degree and/or Master's degree in Computer Science, Cybersecurity, Engineering, or a related discipline
- Over 10 years of experience in engineering positions
- Demonstrated success in delivering projects effectively
- Familiarity with various zero trust technologies and frameworks such as ICAM, PAM, and ABAC (e.g., Ping, Trend Micro, Virtru, and Delinea)
- Exceptional communication and leadership abilities
- Capability to convey complex technical ideas clearly
- Robust problem-solving and analytical skills
- Experience with cloud technologies and distributed systems
- Understanding of security and compliance regulations
- Proven ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams
- Strong emphasis on quality, performance, and security
- Proficient in Agile and iterative development practices
