What are the responsibilities and job description for the Project Leader position at Ellington Cyber Academy?
Ellington Solutions is seeking out qualified candidates that will:
- Introduce new users to the FDOT environment
- Support users in maintaining their time sheets
- Coordinate recruitment efforts
- Administer annual recertification activities
- Monitor training progress for all personnel
- Collaborate with other offices to acquire staff and services
- Assist in managing consultant hours to prevent exceeding limits
- Play a vital role in the annual inventory process
- Oversee staff telework agreements (when applicable) and related scheduling
- Conduct data validation and analysis
- Create reports and dashboards for analytical purposes
- Engage in Peer Reviews of work outputs
- Update and/or create new Methods and Practices
- Manage the Workplace Contingency Records for all employees
- Analyze and document workflows
- Gather stakeholder feedback
- Collect, organize, and analyze metrics for the annual scorecard
- Complete daily reporting tasks without fail
- Take the lead and/or provide assistance on Information Technology projects
- Execute administrative tasks, including but not limited to facilitating meetings, taking notes, reviewing and maintaining documentation, and coordinating resources
- Oversee the coordination and/or resolution of building and facility maintenance issues
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or a related discipline (Required)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Word, Excel, and PowerPoint (Required)
- Experience with agile project teams (Preferred)
- Experience in supporting or overseeing small projects (Preferred)
- Capable of assessing situations to identify necessary tasks
- Experience using ServiceNow
- Experience in onboarding and training staff
- Proficient in creating workflow diagrams and flowcharts
- Experience in monitoring and guiding audit processes
- Experience collaborating with large teams (75 ) to manage, track, and resolve issues and requests
- Experience engaging with all levels of management in a professional setting
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment while also being productive independently
