Therapist Needed for Elliot Behavioral Health- Manchester NH- Partial Telehealth!
Elliot Behavioral Health Services is seeking an experienced .80 full-time Licensed Independent Social Worker to join our team.
You will be responsible for developing, implementing and creating group therapy programs, individual treatment plans as well as providing initial assessments, counseling and support to patients and/or their families. Within the healthcare system, you will collaborate with primary care providers, psychiatrists, social workers, mental health counselors and support staff for treatment plans and patient outcomes.
Minimum Requirements
EHS, a tax-exempt 501(c)(3) entity, is the largest provider of comprehensive healthcare services in Southern New Hampshire. The cornerstone of EHS is Elliot Hospital, a 296- bed acute care facility with a Level II Trauma Center and the only dedicated Pediatric Emergency Department in Manchester. - Master's degree in social work required
- Two years post graduate Social Work experience required, preferably in a health care setting
- Eligible licensure in the State of New Hampshire
