Elliot's Wood Fired Kitchen and Tap is a hip and trendy wood fired kitchen and bar. Locally owned and operated were all team members are valued. Serving Neapolitan pizza, street taco's, salads, sandwiches and entrees. Located downtown Newark in a historic 1800 building with wonderful architecture and cozy environment.

• Prepare alcohol or non-alcohol beverages for bar and restaurant patrons
• Ring in all drinks into computer software
• Interact with customers, take orders and serve snacks and drinks
• Assess customers’ needs and preferences and make recommendations
• Mix ingredients to prepare cocktails

• Check customers’ identification and confirm it meets legal drinking age
• Restock and replenish bar inventory and supplies
• Cleaning for sanitation and good practices
• Stay guest focused and nurture an excellent guest experience
• Comply with all food and beverage regulations
• 5 years experience

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: Up to $10.50 per hour

Expected hours: 25 per week
