Job Summary

As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for coordinating and chairing production meetings, issuing meeting reports, and maintaining up-to-date schedules and shop loading plans. This role requires excellent communication and project management skills, as well as the ability to anticipate and mitigate bottlenecks and slack periods.
Main Responsibilities
• Organize and chair production meetings to ensure timely and efficient production processes
• Develop and maintain accurate and up-to-date schedules and shop loading plans
• Identify potential bottlenecks and slack periods, and implement strategies to mitigate them
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve production goals
• Communicate effectively with stakeholders to ensure seamless production operations
• Analyze production data to identify areas for improvement and implement process changes as needed
Requirements
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or related field
• 3 years of experience in production coordination or a related field
• Excellent communication and project management skills
• Ability to analyze data and implement process improvements
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and/or other productivity software
