Responsibilities
• Lead and coordinate production activities to drive business success
• Develop and maintain accurate and up-to-date schedules and shop loading plans to optimize production efficiency
• Coordinate and chair production meetings to drive collaboration and alignment across teams
• Monitor and analyze production data to identify areas for improvement and implement process changes as needed
• Foster strong relationships with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless production operations
• Communicate effectively with stakeholders to address questions and concerns
Requirements
• Master's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or related field
• 4 years of experience in production coordination or a related field
• Proven track record of driving business results through effective coordination and leadership
• Excellent communication and project management skills
• Ability to analyze data and implement process improvements
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and/or other productivity software
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
