We are looking for a High Ticket Sales Closer who is based in the Pacific Standard Time Zone and who can close highly qualified, pre set sales meetings on Zoom from 8am-5pm PST, Monday–Friday from the comfort of your home office.

DO NOT APPLY IF:

If you do not have high-ticket sales closing experience (selling product for at least $3,000 or more), please do not apply as your application will not be accepted.

If you do not have any experience overcoming the most common B2C sales objections (e.g. I need to think about it, I need to talk to my wife, Do we need to do this now), then do not apply.

If you can not commit to being at your home office on zoom from 8am-5pm PST Monday–Friday, then do not apply.

If you do not have a professional home office that looks presentable, then do not apply.

We are looking for true sales professionals who only need to be trained on our products and services – we will not be training you how to be a sales professional.

Job Summary:

Elliott Feldman Law Group is seeking a proactive Inside Salesperson to join our team. In this role, you will be instrumental in connecting potential clients with our estate planning services, ensuring they receive the guidance they need during critical times. Working from 8 AM to 5 PM Pacific Time, Monday through Friday, you’ll engage with clients through various channels, collaborate closely with our attorneys, and contribute to the firm’s growth and client satisfaction.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Engage with potential clients via virtual consultations to assess their estate planning needs.
  • Collaborate with attorneys and firm leadership to provide expert guidance during the initial stages of the client’s legal journey.
  • Proactively manage sales leads, follow up on inquiries, and ensure high levels of client satisfaction.
  • Conduct follow-up calls with potential clients after sales meetings to maintain engagement and address any questions.
  • Accurately document detailed notes in the online system for future reference.
  • Schedule regular meetings with management to provide updates and discuss strategies.

Job Qualifications:

  • 3 years B2C experience, preferably in high-pressure sales (e.g., timeshares, car sales where you need to overcome objections / "no")
  • Comfortable with assertive sales tactics and objection handling
  • Ability to memorize/deliver scripts naturally (acting experience a plus)
  • Strong extemporaneous speaking skills
  • Confident and professional demeanor
  • Located in Pacific time zone
  • Self-starter who thrives in a target-oriented environment with minimal supervision.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to connect with clients in emotionally sensitive circumstances.
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred but not required.
  • Familiarity with the legal industry is advantageous.
