Job Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A bachelor's degree with five years' experience in production control or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Two years' experience in a supervisory role preferred.
- Understanding of work scope structure, standard hours, durations, lead times, and key metrics such as utilization, efficiency, and productivity.
- Self-motivation and the ability to handle difficult situations and demanding deadlines.
- Computer literacy with basic PC skills and working knowledge of basic computer programs such as Microsoft Office Suite, Lotus Notes, Vantage, Oracle, Windchill, etc.
