Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct regular maintenance and repair tasks on HVAC/R systems
- Maintain accurate and detailed service records
- Troubleshoot and repair electrical and refrigeration circuit issues related to air conditioning, refrigeration, and ice making equipment
- Address minor plumbing and appliance concerns
- Replace or repair hot water heaters as needed
- Coordinate workflow to meet scheduled deadlines
- Provide maintenance services for chillers, valves, and other water flow devices
- Service various types of compressors
- Install, maintain, and repair control systems
- High School diploma or equivalent
- Relevant technical experience through apprenticeship, trade school, or prior work experience
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- Type II EPA certification
- Chiller education required for troubleshooting and maintenance of air-cooled and water-cooled systems
- Familiarity with DC controls and pneumatics and fresh air machines (e.g., Aaon, Munters, Carriers)
- Ability to work stand-by after hours on a rotational basis
