SALES REPRESENTATIVE - HVAC / R AND MECHANICAL

Position Overview :

Seeking a seasoned, motivated and driven Sales Representative with experience in HVAC / R or Mechanical Construction to join our growing team of professionals. Preferred candidates possess the education, experience, and versatility to handle contracts for our client's mechanical and HVAC / R service, design, installation, and energy management needs. The ideal candidate will be seeking a long-term relationship with an employer to further their career. This is a full-time and exempt (salaried) position with comission in addition to the base salary.

The Mechanical Services deparment provides maintenance, repair and operations, as well as new installations, replacements, design / build and building automation control services to commercial, industrial, and governmental customers.

Role and Responsibilities

• Generates sales by aggressively developing new business
• Identifies potential sales opportunities within existing customer base
• Develops strong business relationships with customer base
• Coordinates client needs with project maangers and foremen
• Actively participates in professional organizations
