What are the responsibilities and job description for the ITAM Service now developer with cloud discovery position at Elliott Moss Consulting?
Key Responsibilities:
- ITAM Strategy & Execution: Lead the end-to-end management of IT assets, including hardware, software, and cloud resources, leveraging the ServiceNow ITSM module.
- Lifecycle Management: Develop and implement processes for asset lifecycle management including procurement, deployment, usage, maintenance, and disposal.
- ServiceNow Customization: Configure and customize the ServiceNow ITAM module according to business requirements and ensure seamless integration with other ServiceNow modules such as ITSM, CMDB, and SAM.
- Experience: Minimum 11 years of experience in ITAM with expertise in ServiceNow .
- ServiceNow Expertise: Strong hands-on experience with the ServiceNow platform, particularly ITAM, ITSM, and CMDB modules.
- Certification: ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS-ITAM) or similar certification is preferred.
- Must have banking/finance/insurance/investment sector experience
