Job Type: Full-time Pay: $16.00 - $22.00 per hour, medical, PTO, Company match retirement saving account.
The lead line cook will learn all aspects of our kitchen and will be a point of knowledge for our newer team members. further the lead line cook will be able to hold any station in the kitchen including the ability to run the line in the absence of the executive chef and sous chef. the role is a gateway to becoming a sous chef.
We are seeking a lead cook who demonstrate speed, efficiency, flexibility, cleanliness, and an eye for detail, while having fun in a fast-paced kitchen environment. The ideal candidate demonstrates a professional attitude and appearance, excellent communication and be available to work weekends. If you enjoy food, we want to hear from you!
With a from scratch menu, including local and regional proteins and vegetables, fresh fish, vegetarian, appetizers, salads, and soups, with an emphasis on quality rather than quantity.
This job requires a minimum of 2 year of experience as a line cook.
